David Waine  Managing Director After spending 4 years as an electrical apprentice, David moved into the Fibre Optics Division at BICC, where he spent a further 10 years with the company in various roles, initially as a Lab Technician and ultimately as Business Development Manager, before leaving to take up a position he held for 7 years as Fibre Specialist at AMP Incorporated. David’s first foray into distribution came at AMS Technologies, were he worked for 6 years and was responsible for the Opto-electronics portfolio. Now at Passcomm as the Managing Director, having spent the past 2 years here as Sales Director, David is looking forward to the challenges and opportunities ahead. Oh, and if you want to know something remotely interesting about Passcomm’s MD, he has recently started cycling because under his own admission is getting ‘old and fat’, and after a break of about 15 years he has picked up the Golf clubs. |
