About Us  Passcomm was formed in 1999 by Chris Fay and Bernard McCabe. They both have over 30 years of telecommunication experience in the passive communications industry; hence ‘Passcomm’. Passcomm has successfully diversified into a number of industries since its creation and continues to create and sustain successful working relationships with its customers. Passcomm offers a wide range of products including cable accessories, joints, telecomms cabinets, fibre optic test equipment, emergency tunnel signs, plug and play optics and much more. Some product ranges are available for online purchase and the sales team is always available for product inquires and bespoke project solutions. Based in Warrington, Passcomm has a fibre optic termination facility, highways agency enclosure and tunnel sign manufacturing facility as well as a 4000sqft storage unit and central offices including design department. Part of Passcomm’s success is due to the strength of its supply partners; 3M, Transition Networks, TE Connectivity, ADC Krone, Opterna, Austin Taylor, KD Optics and Fibox are just some of the industry leaders Passcomm work in partnership with to ensure customers receive the highest standard of products and service.
